This Privacy Policy explains how Strategic Capital Resource Group, LLC, doing business as Consumer Loan Score (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and related services at consumerloanscore.com (the “Service”).
Consumer Loan Score is an educational consumer loan-readiness tool. We are not a lender, bank, or credit bureau. We do not make credit decisions, issue loan offers, or perform hard credit pulls.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the Service footer, your Dashboard, or by emailing support@consumerloanscore.com. Because we do not sell or share for that purpose, we will confirm that status and honor any related request.
Sensitive personal information: we do not seek to collect government IDs, precise geolocation, or similar sensitive categories for the Service. Do not submit them unless we expressly ask for a lawful purpose.
1. Information We Collect
Financial inputs
When you use the Service, you may enter personal financial information such as income, monthly debts, assets, credit-related figures, and loan details, and other loan-readiness inputs you choose to provide. These inputs are used to generate educational readiness feedback and Loan Readiness Kit materials.
Account information
If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and basic profile details needed to operate your account.
Payment-related information
Paid features are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe receives payment details you submit to it and provides us with limited billing metadata (for example, subscription status and last four digits).
Support and communications
If you email us or contact support, we collect the information you include so we can respond.
Analytics
We may use privacy-oriented product analytics to understand how the Service is used (pages visited, feature usage, approximate technical information such as browser type or device category). We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
Vendors: hosting and app platform (Base44); payments (Stripe). There is no separate email-delivery vendor; the contact address is support@consumerloanscore.com. There is no third-party analytics vendor; usage events stay in the app.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including educational loan-readiness checks and Loan Readiness Kit materials
- Maintain accounts and preferences
- Process payments through our processor
- Improve reliability, usability, and product features
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your financial inputs with lenders or third parties for marketing.
We do not share your inputs with lenders unless you choose to share a summary or brief yourself (for example, by downloading or sending a banker brief).
3. Sharing of Information
We may share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers, under obligations to use data only for providing their services to us. We use a small number of service providers to run the Service: Base44 (operated by Wix.com Ltd.) for hosting and the app platform, and Stripe for payments. We do not use a separate third-party analytics vendor or email-delivery vendor.
- Legal requirements, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- Safety and rights, if needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Consumer Loan Score, our users, or others
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy’s commitments where practicable
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How our hosting provider may use information
Consumer Loan Score runs on Base44, a platform operated by Wix.com Ltd. Under Base44's terms, information you enter in the app may be processed by Base44 and its subprocessors, including AI model providers, to provide and improve its services, which can include training its AI and machine-learning models. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To learn more, see Base44's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may use AI-powered assistants and cloud tools, including Google Drive for secure backups, to help us operate, maintain, and back up the Service. These tools act on our behalf and may process the information you provide only for those purposes.
4. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may retain information longer when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. When we delete, we also ask processors to delete or anonymize where feasible.
6. Access, Correction, Deletion, and Other Rights (all users)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting support@consumerloanscore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time (and within any period required by law). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used (see Notice at Collection above)
- Access and delete personal information (with limited exceptions)
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for inferring characteristics beyond providing the Service you request)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by California law.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out preference signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and any account you are signed in to. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Shine the Light / other CA rights: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing in exchange for money.
7A. Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or others as enacted), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise state rights, email support@consumerloanscore.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7B. GDPR / UK GDPR (if you are in the EEA or UK)
If we offer the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the following applies in addition to the rest of this Policy.

- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information by law
Your rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise, email support@consumerloanscore.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
International transfers: if personal data is transferred from the EEA/UK to the United States or another country, we will use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (and UK addendum where required) with our processors, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Our hosting platform, Base44 (operated by Wix.com Ltd.), may store a session identifier (base44_analytics_session_id) in your browser to operate, secure, and measure the Service. It is set by the platform even if you reject non-essential cookies, does not contain your name or financial information, and is not used by us for advertising.
Consent banner
We show a cookie consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics) cookies. Essential cookies load as needed for the Service to work. You can change your mind later via a footer “Cookie settings” control (or by clearing cookies and revisiting). Browser controls can also block cookies; blocking essential cookies may break login or core features.
We do not use advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Children’s Privacy / Age
The Service is intended for consumers 18 and older. It is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, contact support@consumerloanscore.com and we will delete it.
10. Educational Disclaimer
Consumer Loan Score provides educational information about loan readiness only. Outputs are not credit decisions, loan offers, underwriting determinations, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals or for the policies of any lender.
11. Accessibility
We aim to make privacy disclosures and the Service reasonably accessible and to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where feasible. If you need this Policy in an alternative format, contact support@consumerloanscore.com.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Service or seek renewed consent. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy, except where law requires a different form of consent.
